Wrap Up April!!

WOW! What a crazy month it has been, so much going on. Which I love! Who wants a boring month with nothing going on? We FINALLY got our fence up. So amazing to have a cage for my kids. Hehe ok it's not really a cage since its huge and they prefer it to the inside... but still. We also got our house painted, I have been looking forward to it for so long, its nothing crazy, just neutral.  I took a before picture and an after picture! I think it looks nice.

FENCE, PAINT, SWING!

Seriously! Could my life get any better? I really think I might cry when this fence is done being built. I didn't know a fence could be so life changing! But really it is, the thought of letting my kids run free outside without having to chase them and threaten them about going toward the road is going to be so relaxing and fun. I think our backyard is going to be the best in the subdivision! We are getting a new swing set, should be here by the 28th! And we already have a fun little pool, and we are going to have a teeter totter and a play house! Seriously I think I will be a little kid this summer and soak up all the fun. And we are getting our house painted, should be done in the next day or so.. (pictures will come after I plant some flowers for some color!) I hope all my friends with kiddos want to come play at my house and have picnics in the backyard! PARTY! Well that's all for now, that's what we have been up to the past few weeks, we as in me and the kids watching them work outside... hehe.

My Life :)

This is my life. Brooklyn and Braxton, every minute of every day my life revolves around them. I can't believe how thankful I am for it to be that way. They bring such joy to me on a daily basis and I can't imagine not having them to clean up after, cook for, teach new things, chase around, and get chased. Some days I just have to sit back and look at how lucky I am to have the life I do, and today is one of those days. Every now and then I start getting in the mood thinking that I need more of this, or that. Luckily I have an amazing husband who brings me back to reality and I remember how happy and grateful I am!
Every morning, Braxton wakes up first. (Once in a while Brooklyn does but not usually) And its so fun to have some alone time with him, he is seriously the biggest sweetheart ever, he gives me kisses and hugs and lots of cuddles and it just makes my heart melt. He is so cute! But he always is so happy when Brooklyn gets up, we have a routine that I go in there and she runs back to her bed and I get in with her and we hide our faces and Braxton runs in and yells at us and we scream and its so funny. I love how they play so well sometimes... (lots of fighting too) But every day I watch them do something new and grow in a different way and its just so amazing that they are mine, ALL MINE!!! (Evil laugh) Mornings are our happiest times, everyone is refreshed and ready for another day of play. I love it! I am happy to be a morning person.

Another funny morning moment, Brooklyn goes to the shoe closet first thing to get her shoes that sparkle. (GIRLY GIRL!) And she will wear them all day until she goes to bed. At first it bothered me because I didn't want her to climb on the couches and what not in shoes all day, but I don't care anymore, it makes her happy to wear shoes and it makes me happy to see her happy. Shoes are the least of my worries.
